Introducing Players to Loyalty
Game developers may know it as a "First Time User Experience," "FTUE," or "FTUX." Just as you must introduce your players to other features, which includes a little instruction on how it works, you must do the same for loyalty.
You will need dedicated introductions for your rewards vs. your status program, since it likely makes sense to introduce them to your players at different times, and because the earn methods, benefits, currencies, and more are different for each program. That said, the principles and goals of a loyalty FTUE are the same:
