Our goal is to ensure you get the most out of your loyalty integration. That's why we’re providing this best practices course. But don’t worry – you don’t have to memorize this content to have a successful integration. We’ll work with you every step of the way to collectively make decisions, run tests, and move forward together.
The following modules cover a comprehensive collection of best practices for each of the topics relevant to your loyalty integration.

This Loyalty playBOOK is intended to jumpstart your knowledge base on what works well about loyalty programs in games. It will focus mostly on strategies, tactics, and practices which have been proven in A/B tests to drive LTV lift (or another key metric). Where available, we’ll mention the lift you may expect and link to case studies for further reading.
At times, we’ll also mention best practices based on more qualitative feedback from our players, such as which doobering technique is optimal during game play. It will be clear in these sections that the evidence is qualitative, not quantitative.
What this playbook is
This is not a brand guidebook. If you’re looking for brand guidelines such as what you should and should not do with logos, what verbiage you should use when talking about rewards, color and font recommendations, etcetera, you won't find it here.
This is also not intended to be a comprehensive guide on UX/UI requirements. We may mention best practices around UX/UI purely from the perspective of evidence-based feedback on what drives impact. For a more comprehensive guide on UX/UI, please speak with your playAWARDS Success Manager!
